Festival Pier Belvedere Road London SE1 8XZ

Journey down the River Thames exploring the architectural landmarks that contribute to making London such a vibrant and dynamic city. This river cruise will look at the impressive mix of historic and modern architecture that make the river-front so architecturally diverse.
The Thames embankments are home to Somerset House (Sir William Chambers/Dixon Jones), Tate Modern (Sir Giles Gilbert Scott/Herzog & de Meuron), Oxo Tower, Royal Festival Hall (Allies and Morrison refurbishment), Foster’s City Hall, Riverbank House (David Walker Architects) and the Design Museum to name a few.
Departing from Festival Pier, South Bank, the tour will first go upstream, taking in Battersea Power Station and Foster's Studio, before heading downstream to the city and Docklands with the tour ending at Greenwich Pier. Led by expert architectural guides.
Duration: Approximately 2.45 hours.
Cost £22.50.
